MR Connect clients can pay invoices online

MR9 logoIn the upcoming MR9 release, the MR Web plugin has been renamed MR Connect — but a bigger change is the addition of online payments for your clients.

As soon as you upload records in MR9 and email the invoice, your clients can pay the invoice and download the related files in one MR Connect session— your clients get speedy access to their records and you get paid in full.

This is a great service to provide to your clients — and you can extend it to COD clients too. When you publish COD invoices to MR Connect, they operate the same way: The client must pay the invoice in full, then they can download the related file(s) immediately.

MR9 makes the whole process easy — from creating the invoices to sending them. Then on the client side, they click a link in the email you sent to view, download, and pay invoices before accessing their files — all within your MR Connect.

Payments are for the full amount — including any finance charges and late fees — and MR9 automatically generates the credit card entry in your system— no manual entry. Your online payment processing service handles the rest.

An easier, more efficient way to provide records to clients and receive payments may be the best thing about the upcoming MR Connect, but like MR9 every function has been redesigned and expanded in MR Connect so it works better and does more. Stay tuned for more details.
