The Grant Access function has been expanded: Lead secretaries of multi-branch law firms can see not only activities of head office attorneys, but also attorneys of all the other branches, or even other firms they are working with. Plus attorneys from different branches or even different firms can share case files online.

Instruction screens replace blank RB Web screens

Instead of clients and resources hitting a blank screen in popular RB Web functions, such as the Case Repository, now they’ll see helpful instructions for using the included functions. This will make RB Web easier and more useful for them, while reducing support calls to your office.
