2018 updates

NOTE: These are the last RB8 updates. RB8 is obsolete and no longer being updated. Bug fixes will still be made, as possible, until December 1, 2020.

Shipping labels updated

UPS and FedEx updated their security protocols, which means UPS and FedEx label printing in RB8 stopped working. So RB8 has updated UPS and FedEx label printing, but there are operating system restrictions: UPS label printing does not work on Windows XP, Vista or Windows Server 2003 operating systems. FedEx label printing does not work on Windows XP OS.

Inquiry searches streamlined

Based on user input and actual use, some search criteria was removed and some results grid were re-organized. For example, in Client Analysis, Resource was removed as a search criteria, No Rush and Resource Pay columns were removed from the results grid while the Amount column was moved to the far right of the grid.

Also, added Include Void Invoices filter to Resource Analysis search criteria.

Query Maker added Resources with SSN in View. It shows encrypted SSN in plain text.
