RB8 is no longer for sale to new clients. If you are an existing RB8 client, you can continue to add or subtract user licenses and plug-ins on a monthly basis until the end of November 2020.
This chart details the costs of different RB services. Existing RB8 clients can continue their current subscriptions, add or cancel user licenses and plug-ins, or upgrade to RB9.

- If you are not on an RB support plan, you will be charged a $250 installation.
- You need a user license for each user of your RB9 system (see Named User License for information). For existing RB8 systems, you only need as many user licenses as the number of users who will be accessing your RB server (software and database) at the same time. See User License description in System Requirements for detailed explanation.
- If you have RB8 Subscribe, you set up your own repository storage hardware or rent 3rd-party cloud storage. If you have RB9 or RB8 Cloud, 100GB of cloud storage is included in the monthly system fee. You can add more storage as needed. For $50/month, you can increase your RB cloud storage to 500GB. Additional storage is available above 500GB for an additional $50/month per 500GB.
