RB9 FedEx shipping update requires action

In this mini-update (release date: April 17) the authentication method for FedEx accounts has changed because the current method will stop working soon. To keep using FedEx shipping labels in RB9 you must set up new accounts in RB9 that use the new OAuth2 method.

The current authentication method used for FedEx shipments through RB9 will no longer work after May 15, 2024. Visit the RB updates page on our website for more details.

Choose your default pricing option for FedEx shipping

In System Preferences you can now choose the simpler FedEx One Rate pricing option instead of the FedEx Standard Rate option for shipping in RB9.
