Updated Microsoft email protocol

With the RB 9.41 update released March 19, 2023, RB9 updated to the latest Microsoft email protocol. Microsoft permanently disabled SMTP with OAuth2 – Microsoft 365, which was used to send RB email through the Microsoft 365, on October 1, 2022.

If you are currently using SMTP with OAuth2 – Microsoft 365 you can continue to use it. However you cannot get new authorization with this protocol so we have added the new Microsoft Graph API – Microsoft 365 as an email option in RB.

You can select the new Microsoft Graph API – Microsoft 365 option in System Preferences and/or User Preferences to send email from RB9 through Microsoft 365.
