New ReporterBase pricing coming

If you have been using ReporterBase for a while, you are probably aware that our base system price has not increased in years — since 2015 in fact. The last price increase was in user license fees in 2022 — 4 years ago.

Unfortunately our costs have not stayed the same so we must increase our monthly subscription fees too. And to ensure our longtime ability to provide these essential services to our clients, we are changing our pricing structure.

Data Reader prices increasing this November

If you have the Data Reader plug-in for using your RB9 data in other applications, we are increasing prices for the different versions starting November 1, 2026. The new price for the Per Workstation version is $90/mo per workstation. The Per IP version price is $300/mo per IP.

Other price increases coming next year

For the rest of the ReporterBase suite, prices will increase January 1, 2027. The new monthly subscription fees will be:

*100GB of storage is included in the monthly system fee. Increasing storage to 500GB will cost $60/month. Additional storage above 500GB will cost an additional $60/month per 500GB.

New pricing structure 

To keep pace with inflation and the growing infrastructure needs of our clients, we are switching to a scheduled-price-increase system. Every 2 years going forward, we will increase our prices every other year 5-10%. After this upcoming price increase, the next change will be in January 2029. We will send out alerts about price increases at least 3 months before the change so you can prepare.
